本隐私政策适用于 Chrome 扩展 Homeo（以下简称“本扩展”）。 本扩展重视用户隐私，默认在本地处理和存储数据，不主动上传用户个人数据到开发者服务器。

1. 我们处理的数据

  • 用户配置数据：布局、外观、语言、图标显示偏好等。
  • 图标数据：用户添加的网站 URL、标题、图标候选位、图标缓存。
  • 历史导入数据：仅在用户主动触发“从浏览历史批量导入”时读取历史记录用于生成候选站点。

2. 权限用途说明

  • storage：保存用户设置与图标数据到本地。
  • unlimitedStorage：支持较大量图标与缓存数据的本地持久化，避免配额不足。
  • history：用于用户主动触发的历史批量导入功能。
  • 主机权限（如 <all_urls>）：用于获取用户添加网站的图标资源（favicon/touch icon）。

3. 数据存储与传输

  • 数据主要保存在浏览器本地存储（Chrome storage）。
  • 本扩展不会将浏览历史、图标列表或用户配置上传到开发者服务器。
  • 访问网络仅用于拉取网站图标资源与用户指定网站相关内容。

4. 数据共享

本扩展不会出售、出租或共享用户个人数据给第三方。

5. 用户控制与删除

  • 可在扩展内删除图标、清空数据或导入/导出数据。
  • 可通过卸载扩展移除本扩展在本地存储的数据。

6. 未成年人隐私

本扩展不面向未成年人提供专门服务，也不会有意收集未成年人个人信息。

7. 政策更新

若本政策有重大更新，我们会在此页面更新“最后更新日期”。

This Privacy Policy applies to the Chrome extension Homeo (the "Extension"). We value user privacy and process/store data locally by default, without proactively uploading personal data to developer servers.

1. Data We Process

  • User settings: layout, appearance, language, and icon display preferences.
  • Icon data: user-added website URLs, titles, icon candidates, and icon cache.
  • History import data: accessed only when the user explicitly uses "Batch Import from Browsing History".

2. Permission Usage

  • storage: stores user settings and icon data locally.
  • unlimitedStorage: supports larger local persistence for icons/cache and avoids quota-related failures.
  • history: used for user-initiated batch import from browsing history.
  • Host permissions (e.g. <all_urls>): fetches favicon/touch icon resources for user-added websites.

3. Storage and Transmission

  • Data is mainly stored in local browser storage (Chrome storage).
  • The Extension does not upload browsing history, icon lists, or user settings to developer servers.
  • Network access is limited to fetching website icon resources and related content requested by the user.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal user data with third parties.

5. User Control and Deletion

  • Users can delete icons, clear data, and import/export data inside the Extension.
  • Uninstalling the Extension removes its locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this page and the "Last updated" date for material changes.
